From 1 September 2015 the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea delegated the administration of its pension benefits and the payment of RBKC pensions to Surrey County Council.

Surrey Pension Services are therefore responsible for handling all pension enquiries from members of the RBKC pension fund and admitted bodies.

Surrey Pension Services can be contacted via "My Helpdesk" as shown below.  Members of the My Helpdesk Team have the knowledge and expertise to deal with a wide range of pensions enquiries.

Sending original certificates:

Occasionally you may be required to send original certificates or other documents to Surrey Pension Services.  We recommend you do this via recorded delivery.  If you use this method the documents will be returned to you in the same way.

Visiting:

If you prefer to visit Surrey Pension Services in person to supply original documents you can do so between 9am and 5pm on working days.  No appointment is necessary.  However if you wish to visit our offices in Kingston upon Thames to discuss details about your pension it is best to make an appointment beforehand so we can make sure you speak to the right team member.  You can make an appointment by contacting the My Helpdesk number above.
