How we keep in touch
An annual newsletter is usually issued to all pensioners every April. There are also other ways we keep in touch with pensioners, as follows:
P60s for pensioners
A P60 is a certificate showing the pension paid and the tax deducted during the previous tax year. We will send you a P60 in May each year. If you need the cumulative totals of your gross pension payments and tax before this you can obtain these details on your March payslip.
Payslips for pensioners
We send a payslip to pensioners at least twice a year, in March and April. Payslips are only prouced in other months if your net pay varies by £10 from the preceding month.
Pension increase notification to pensioners
We will write to you every April with details of your pension increase.
Don't forget to keep in touch with us and let us know if you:
- change your home address
- change your bank or building society for the payment of your monthly pension
- wish to change your nomination of beneficiary for death grant
